Car Ferry

Car Ferry "Lymington" C1938 built with Voth Schnieder propulsion enabling her to go sideways, she became known as the crab.  With the new slipway built in 1938 she landed cars and passengers onto the quay and not the pier.  She left Yarmouth in 1947 to take up service in Scotland.
